We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must come back in the same condition they were sent — same card, same holder, no alterations. Refunds go to your original payment method within a few days of the return arriving. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the error was ours — if we shipped the wrong item or something arrives not as described, we cover the return postage and make it right.
How to return an item:
We ship worldwide via USPS with tracking. US: $4.99 flat per order. Canada: $14.99. Everywhere else: $19.99. Orders go out within 2 business days, protected in sleeves and rigid mailers. You'll receive tracking once your order ships. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days in the US and 1–4 weeks internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country charges on delivery.
Orders placed through the site are confirmed by email, where we'll arrange payment. When paying by card, payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Your items are reserved once payment is confirmed.
We stand behind every signature we sell. Where an item carries third-party authentication (such as JSA or eBay's Authenticity Guarantee), the listing says so. All other autographs are sold as collectibles without a certificate of authenticity — priced accordingly, and covered by our 30-day return policy if you're not satisfied. We've been selling signed cards for years with a long track record you can check on our eBay store.
When you place an order we collect your name, email, and shipping address — and we use them for exactly one thing: getting your cards to you and communicating about your order. We don't sell or share your information with anyone except what's needed to fulfill your order (the postal carrier, and Stripe for card payments). Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. We don't send marketing emails. If you'd like the information from a past order deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.
